Marine dredge cutter heads

Cutter Head is a Cutter Suction Dredger component. Cutter heads are designed and manufactured to meet the most harsh environments of dredging and mining and being able to cut soil of different type of material like slurry, mud, sand, compacted sand, gravel, rocks, and minerals.

Cutter heads are designed to have the following features:

The blades of the cutter head are double curved to lead the material inside the cutter to the Suction Mouth

The cutter head has replaceable adapters welded to the blades

The hub is welded to the blades and has trapezoid thread for mounting to the shaft

The cutter head has replaceable teeth

Step1: Drawing and technical requirement analysis, production lofting; 
Step2: Material cutting, trimming, groove, cleaning, bending, rolling, dimension & NDT inspection; 
Step3: From part assemble to whole assemble with accurate template and platform, dimension & NDT inspection, welding,           dimension & NDT inspection;
Step4: Other procedure if necessary;
Step5: Final dimension & NDT inspection for structure;
Step6: Machining if necessary;
Step7: Blasting and Painting with paint Hempel, Jotun, Inter, Sigma;
Step8: Package, Loading and Lashing when delivery;
