Steel Welded Water Boxes

The Water Box according to material is divided into six kinds of glass Steel Water Box, stainless steel water box, Stainless Steel Liner and glass steel water box, water glass steel box, enamel water box, galvanized steel water box. Box equipped with HYFI remote liquid level electric valve, water level monitoring system and automatic cleaning system and self-cleaning sterilizer, water box Overflow pipe and a water box drainage pipe valve connection and insect nets, water box level should be different two ventilation tube (insect nets), ladder is provided with a water box inside and outside.

High-demanding welded and high strength construction can be used for Dredger parts, used to transport and store water.

B. Construction and procedure

The construction is to be built according to the drawing with rules of good workmanship.

C. Materials

All fabricated steelwork used in the construction will be to manufacturing standard of normal or classification society.

All materials proposed will be selected to comply with the latest Health and Safety Rules.

Paint systems for hull protection will be of the highest quality (Hempel, Inter, Sigma, Jotun)

D. Welding

All welding will be performed in accordance with drawing and order and UniSite experience and all welding will be continuous and full penetration.

E. Workmanship

The workmanship have good marine practice. Care are taken to ensure fair lines, smooth surfaces and neat welding.

We a perfect managing system and quality control system which from initial work, to process control, to final control, forming the whole process traceability with a good command of quality and production schedule.
We also organize site short meetings (SSM) when new productions and activities are being under taken and when working plans, technologies, qualities and methods are altered.
Thanks to these efforts and activities, we are able to perform our best works in an efficient way.

We UniSite started as a small contractor of ship building works in military factory in Ningbo 10 years ago.
